I gushed to Yena about this in IM, but this exchange just got me. a.) Mia understanding that Tim has to be so tired of people dying on him already says so much about what kind of person/friend she is, even at the beginning of this friendship. b.) Tim acknowledging the sacred code of The Mission Comes First and then saying, essentially that The Mission can kiss his ass made me very pleased. c.) And Kon. (And Steph.) The reference to Kon made me cry.
I was hoping we handled it just right. I try not to dwell on the angsty stuff too mcuh in these, but some issues have to be touched.
Also? Dick is nosey as hell. Let the boy have a social life, dear. It's a good thing. We don't want Ass!Tim.
