It's a live action fighting thing a la power rangers. Except they go into a virtual reality and have a talking dog. I don't know, it's ridiculous. (I also adore Beetleborgs and Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad. And Masked Rider. I have serious serious issues. Yet I never got into the actual Japanese programs. Heh.)
