SQUEEE!!!! Roy is finally the meta he's always bordered on being. I can't wait to see how the two of you handle his possible new abilities, and the new speed/processing he's going to have to learn to cope with. Wonder if it'll throw his aim off at first, and if it does, how strongly that's going to annoy him.
Have to wonder how Dinah is going to react to his decision, though, and if it'll get her thinking about going through the same thing. Somehow, the thought of Canary with the serum scares the bejezzus out of me.
