Roy froze just inside the doorway at hearing an entirely too-familiar noise, //Dang it, old man, couldn't ya make it to a bed for once? When ya knew I was coming home?// Then his head tilted as he realized he was only hearing one set of noises. That was kind of unusual, the old man tended to like partners as loud as he was, and now his innate curiosity was getting the better of him. //So... is it that pretty blonde again?//

Figuring out just who Ollie might be with any given week--heck, any given day--was a trip and a half, but the gorgeous blonde in the 'nets was becoming a pretty common companion... and gods, was she ever a looker. //Huh... maybe I could...//

He cat-footed it down to the den he could easily hear Ollie from and looked around the jamb, expecting either the pretty blonde or some brunette--

--and froze at the sight of Ollie's head thrown back against the back of the couch, bare to the waist--//more than..//--and short-cropped auburn hair, shades and shades darker than his own, set of shoulders too broad to be any woman's despite where that mouth had to be and the perfectly smooth green-and-black of the--//HAL's?!?//--costume shoved down around his waist where he was kneeling in front of Ollie, Ollie's hands wrapped around those shoulders...

//Oh. My. Gods...// Roy had no idea how he kept from yelping in shock at the sight and he got back out of the room, swearing in low, flustered Navajo once he was well back from the door. //I... did not just see... my "dad" and his best friend...//

Ollie's voice broke in a plea and Roy slammed back out the door before he had to hear anything else!
